When you drop off your machine for repair we do ask for a non-refundable deposit fee. This deposit fee covers the diagnosis of your machine by a technician to determine what the issues are and what parts are required for repair. We check for mechanical, fuel, and electrical problems. If you choose to have the repair performed on your equipment, the deposit fee is deducted from the total cost of your repair bill. Should you decide the machine is not worth repairing, the deposit will serve as an estimate fee.
